Situational Leadership® II (SLII®) is the most comprehensive, up-to-date, and practical method of effectively managing and developing people, time, and resources in the world. Coaching to Support Learning: Working one-on-one with a professional business coach is the most effective way to achieve proficiency. The Ken Blanchard Companies offers one-to-one coaching to reinforce the principles and skills learned in Situational Leadership II workshops. Coaching to Support Learning includes three coaching sessions for an additional fee of $700 USD.
