CommunicationPeople are social beings. It is our basic need to mingle among people in such a way that they can understand, appreciate and like us. We have to communicate continuously as the representatives of our company, as leaders, parents or children among friends and strangers if we would like to arrange something at work or in our private life. It is not by chance if we find close connection between the level of our communication skills and our success.

Communication is an extremely complex phenomenon, a delicate tissue of several minor details. No consequence arises if a word or two is not at its place. A gesture done in a bad moment or in the wrong situation will not automatically spoil human relationships or a negotiation. A lot of minor mistakes, however, have an effect of that kind.
